Refund & Return Policy.
We love these products and we are sure you will too!
However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly accept your items for exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Please not, Items returned after 5 days but before 30 days will be granted an exchange only.
All items must be unworn, unused, unaltered and in sellable condition. No further refunds or exchanges after the first exchange.
We do not offer refund or exchange on underwear, swimwear or earrings/ jewellery or Sale Items
We will issue a refund on items damaged in transit and ONLY if we re unable to replace that item.
We will require a photo of the damaged item .
We will not offer refunds for items confiscated by your local customs.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us for all returns including faulty items and the seller have the right to review complaints case by case.
Love that Boho is not responsible for confiscated goods or undeliverable goods.
If the order has been shipped, and our suppliers tracking code confirms that the item (s) have been successfully delivered to the address provided, no refund will be provided.
Love that Boho can offer a partial refund at their own discretion in some instances of goods that are damaged.
If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at email@example.com, including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
It is the buyers responsibility to check with their local customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
